The position is a non-commercial role tasked with providing administrative assistance for Medical Affairs and CMO activities at Cepheid and Dx Platform levels. Provide support to documents’ preparation, archive, backup and update periodically. Work collaboratively with team members to finish the department-related meetings or projects.
Respond to unsolicited requests for providing secretarial works such as message taking, documentations or memorandum distribution, meeting arrangements, etc. Support department-related inquiries as the first contact person. Liaise with all relevant stakeholders, including FAS team, Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, and Legal team at Cepheid and RA, CA, and GA function teams at Dx Platform.
Medical Affairs Coordinator will be responsible for all inquiries related to department matters to support Cepheid/Platform commercial associates with no commercial responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties. This position will assist CMO for following duties:
Secretarial works such as message taking, documentations or memorandum distribution, meeting arrangements, etc.
Act as the first contact person for the department-related inquiries and ensure that all requests are handled in an efficient, timely, and smooth manner.
Receive vehicle use requests from the department and arrange accordingly. Keep filing of vehicle reservation record and daily use record for cost control purpose.
Support Medical Affairs document preparation, filing, backup and update periodically.
Provide administrative support to CMO, such as expense reimbursement.
Support international visitors on logistics.
Support department-related meetings such as SAB meeting, monthly meeting, year meeting, etc.
Other tasks as assigned by CMO.

Education and Experience (in years):
Bachelor or equivalent degree in medial, biomedical or life science.
2-3 years secretarial or administrative working experience.
Experience using technology for documentation and communication
Knowledge and skills:
Teamwork, autonomy, availability, organizational awareness.
Demonstrated excellent time management and organization, project management skills
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in relation to all aspects of in vitro diagnostic devices
