The < Manager – Project Management &Quotation Bioprocess China > for Cytiva is responsible for < leading the project management and quotation support team to provide bid generation supports and deliver customized project to external customers>

This position is part of the located in Shanghai, China> and will be In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Coordinate with local and global team to assign and allocate the resource to working in local and global projects, including quotation support and project execution.

• Collaboration with commercial team from bidding phase until project delivery, ensure the smooth information exchange and sharing, timely update projects statues and define actions in case of gap detected.

• Provide project and product expertise of Bioprocess hardware and automation solutions during pre-sales and quotation phase.

• Monitoring all on-going projects, provide needed support and coaching to project managers on critical questions which require specific knowledge and experience, actively identify and resolve project delivery challenges.

• Could be a Project Manager to own a complex project from order to delivering. Responsible for contract review, project schedules, coordination, cost control and customer relationship to ensure on time completion of projects within budget.

• Be a member of CE China management team to monitor business statues, set strategies, align, standardize and improve ways of working in the organization.

• Mentoring and developing team members, Drive and participate in continuous improvement processes. Responsible for talent management to ensure the continued development for direct reports. Execute performance and development reviews in line with Danaher guidelines with team members.

• Coordinate with both local and global section managers. Overall recourse planning and timely reporting, monitoring the team loading and take actions to fulfill the gap.

• Ensure the team works safely following the company’s Health, Safety and Environment policies, in the office or on site.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Master with 8 + years’ experience or Bachelor with 10+ years’ experience preferably as project manager, and 3+ years’ experience as team leader.

• Experience with external customer contacts, working in an international environment.

• Business and commercial oriented, willing to drive business result.

• Team player, collaborative, problem thinking way of working. Easy to cooperate with different stakeholders internal and externally.

• Fluent in written and oral English and Chinese is a must.

• Project management knowledge with a firm understanding at all project phases, finance, and controls.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to take multi-projects and multi-task effectively, ability to crisis management

• Able and willing to work in customers’ site or supplier’s site, Prepared to travel often in China and outside China

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Project Experience in Bio-pharmaceutical, Petrochemical, or Food & Beverage would be a plus

• PMP certification would be a plus
