Danaher Corporation Market Access Manager in Shanghai, China

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties:

  • visit related government / healthcare office, tendering / bidding service vendors, distributors, pay more attention to healthcare reforms, national bidding trends, study ever-changing bidding policy and translate impacts.

  • Timely and periodically collect, follow up, update and deliver all-level countrywide medical reform policy information for internal stakeholders

  • Strategic partnership with globe, third party of tendering agencies and tendering decision makers to further gain competitive advantage and shape tendering environment

  • Responsible for collaborating internal resources such as GA, Legal, RA, Sales, Marketing, Finance, pricing, Manufactures and relevant stakeholders to build Market access strategy and practical plan

  • Responds for Market access and tendering whole process, coordinate and cooperate with the related teams to successfully win tendering / bidding

  • Keep abreast of the best bidding/tendering practices so as to develop our company's position and plan for improvement internally and externally

  • People development: develop team member to improve professional working skills and working capability.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 3 years' experience in market access or tendering management, government relations, sales & marketing function in medical device or pharmaceutical companies

  • Working experience and network in Central China (including Anhui, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangxi, ect.) is preferred.

  • College degree or above, healthcare related educational background is highly preferred

  • Good Excel, Word & PPT skills is a must

  • Good English is preferred

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

  • Strategic and capable of setting up processes and procedures to manage tender effectively

  • Ability to analyze both quantitative data and qualitative information

  • Outstanding capability in internal & external communication, coordination and leadership, capable of working in a matrix environment

  • This position may require business traveling in a frequently situation

岗位职责:

  • 关注医保改革、招标等行业政策及趋势,定期收集、更新及研究不断变化的招标政策;拜访相关政府单位、招投标服务供应商等机构,与其保持紧密沟通;

  • 及时了解行业动态,收集内外部最佳市场准入及招投标实践案例,并相应的制定及优化公司招投标策略

  • 与GA、法务、RA、销售、市场、财务、定价等等内部相关部门合作,制定市场准入战略并推动其落地执行

  • 响应市场准入和招标全过程,与相关团队协调合作,成功完成招投标相关工作

  • 收集来自前线团队的市场准入及招投标请求,为销售人员和其他相关人员设计和实施相关培训课程,帮助其提升招投标及市场准入相关的能力,必要时组织相关工作组,在市场准入及招投标等方面为销售及市场团队提供建议和指导

岗位要求:

至少5年医疗器械或制药公司工作经验,其中市场准入或招标管理、政府关系方面的工作经验不少于3年; 有华中地区(包括河南、安徽、湖北、湖南、江西等地)工作经验和工作网络者优先 本科以上学历,有较强的办公软件使用技能,有较强的数据及信息分析能力 具有战略眼光,能够建立有效管理投标的流程和程序 出色的内部和外部沟通、协调和领导能力,能够在矩阵环境中工作 需要经常出差
