Danaher Corporation Marketing Manager (Hardware) in Shanghai, China
Proactively acquires a deep understanding of the external environment (healthcare system, policies and reforms) to anticipate future trends and formulates a strategic view of market, competition and products erosion in short term and long term
Localize and define life cycle management strategy for hardware products in charged
Assesses current state of solutions, defines future state needs, identifies gaps and recommends new technology solutions and strategic business partnership
Works closely with upstream product management team on defining portfolio strategy.
Lead with direct report and in a matrix to drive business forward and achieve commercial excellence.
