Danaher Corporation Mega Industrial Sales Manager, Shandong in Shanghai, China

Develop Key account and improve market share in Shandong; Develop color management solutions inside brand owner and leverage to supply chain; Work closely with X-Rite dealers and other channel partners to ensure maximizing X-Rite overall benefits and revenue growth in channels sales on the basis of Value Based Dealer Program (VBDP) and with necessary channel management and support skills; Work to establish and execute new design wins in the industries; Fulfill annual business goals in both large accounts and channel business in the efforts of realizing X-Rite Shared Goals and implementing relevant strategies; Work with marketing team to design and implement effective marketing programs on the basis of market needs and trends; Perform as a team player and help foster team spirit in daily business in a bid to grow X-Rite business in a sustainable and healthy atmosphere.
