Whay you'll do

  • Build product/portfolio strategy/VPP based on market segment and customer insight for execution.

-Explore growth opportunity from a dynamic market with insight on technology development and industry evolution. Define annual and long term GTM strategy with strictly execution to achieve commercial target.-Build and optimize standard work and process to drive and improve effectiveness and efficiency.Proactively communicate with global team to build transparent interaction on product management, marketing intelligence and business strategy.-Drives performance management within the team, providing a regular operating mechanism of feedback, coaching and managing the annual appraisal system.-Key Account ManagementBuild strong business relationships and formulate account strategies and plans to continuously strengthen relationships within the assigned key accounts.Track and communicate market trends to/from the field including competitor data, and develop and lead effective counter-strategies.

Who you are

-Bachelor ’s Degree of Biology, Sciences or minimum 6 years of selling/research experience in a life sciences, Diagonostic or healthcare field- 2 years of product management experience-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English.
