Danaher Corporation Pantone Business Development Manager, APAC in Shanghai, China

  • Drive sales and share gain by securing usage and supply chain specification of Pantone FHI color systems and tools with local brands and local offices of global brands

  • Engage with supply chain providers in securing brand compliance and further own adoption of Pantone FHI color system and tools

  • Possess a strong understanding of the unique market needs, constantly absorbing market intelligence and voice of customers, knowledgeable of latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors.

  • Demonstrates strong business acumen, knows the competition in the industry and positioning, current practices, anticipate emerging future trends and consequences.

  • Translate and evaluate voice of customers into business priorities to high value commercially viable solutions.

  • Maintain and expand relationships with current Key Account customers; and identify and penetrate new prospects in both FHI and PCI market segment

  • Work as a team member in the Global Key Account Management Team

  • Work with channel partners to ensure seamless co-ordination for the expansion of FHI business in APAC

  • Maintains active dialogue with X-Rite colleagues on identifying joint sales opportunity. Active collaboration on identified joint projects

  • Establishes and grows effective networks through partner or directly with appropriate trend houses and associations.

  • Coordination with various departments both internal and external such as finance, legal, marketing and color team for smooth project delivery.

  • Close monitor on progress of the project in accordance to commitment in agreement.

  • Has potential to become a local PCI consultant
