Danaher Corporation Principal Quality engineer in Shanghai, China
Drive for internal continuous quality improvement and help company to achieve the defined quality target.
When the target is not achieved, lead team to conduct quality analysis to achieve the goal.
Lead with related functional teams for companywide quality improvement action plan.
Lead in customer complaint handling， and provide report such as 8D, CAPA in time to customer and extend to the system level.
To do the data analysis and find the opportunity to drive production for continuous corrective actions and preventive action.
Manage quality issues as a CDT&R leader, drive team effectively uses Visual & Daily Management to drive their actions. and review ppm funnel project regularly, coaching other team members.
Provide professional support to production on quality field to ensure the production can delivery qualified product to customer.
Ensure the compliant and smooth transfer and implementation of products in the transfer process and new product design.
Handle and organize the nonconformities review with the review board to ensure all of nonconformities been settled down in time and be well recorded.
Participate in production/supplier process audit to reduce the potential risk of quality, and drive improvement of system issues.
Implement all of quality improvement action and ensure following the QMS procedures.
In-depth knowledge quality control for design transfer of NPI including DMR review, Process audit, PAP review, Process validation review, PFMEA review, etc.
Lead DBS Kaizen about quality project, coaching other team members.
