Danaher Corporation Product manager-Complex filtration in Shanghai, China

Product Manager is responsible for local product development strategy and accountable for the profit &loss for assigned products. This position works in conjunction with commercial leaders to define, implement, and measure growth opportunities. Additionally, this position researches and plans the strategy for development of global or local new product features and offerings. This role leads Voice of Customer, product application, segmentation, branding and growth for assigned product lines. The role requires leadership and strong collaborative execution engagement in life cycle management, product plans, new product development programs, marketing, customer research, commercialization, and support for effective the implementation of the go to market product strategy ​

  • 3-5 year product development planning & execution incl. pricing & promotion in different segment.

  • Actively engage as a product owner to understand production issues, quality constraints, and sales issues and actively participate in improvements and solutions

  • Close communication with global counter partner for new product launch and existing product line positioning.

  • Leads analysis on voice of customer, market segmentation to drive the new product development tollgate process and product launch

  • Manage and negotiate price levels on strategically important projects to maximize profit and market share

  • Work with cross function teams to develop new application reference, competition benchmarking and other selling tools to drive product line growth

Partner with teams to develop innovative marketing programs, show event campaigns, customer care programs and core promotional programs
