Establish and develop the Supplier QMS and manage its deployment and continuous improvement to fully compliance with regulatory requirements
Ensure proper Supplier audit planning and schedule and meet the requirements of internal policies and external regulations.
Drive Supplier related CAPA and SCAR implement timely and efficiently
Ensure training and training registration as per the QMS and generate training content for local QMS documents as necessary.
Support all third-party audits (eg. NMPA, Notified Body and corporate, etc…)
Support and execute the integration of new businesses to China in alignment with the leveraged Quality System approach.
Design, develop, implement, maintain and continuously improve Supplier Quality Management Systems to support the business strategies and the release of marketed products, meeting standards, regulations and customer requirements.
Identify opportunities to continually improve Supplier Quality Management System, cost efficiency and effectiveness of QMS consistent with the business objectives.
Build up Supplier QA team, provide coaching, feedback and direction to direct reports.
