Position Summary

The Regional Field Marketing Manager works closely with local sales teams and central marketing to develop and execute local demand creation and lead generation tactics to increase opportunities for Precision Nanosystem’s products and solutions. The individual sets specific objectives toward developing a tactical marketing initiative to drive profitability, brand consistency, and increase overall market growth in region.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Working with sales teams to support revenue goals on both a segment and account by account basis to assist commercial opportunities and relationships, constantly review customer data to identify future actions.

  • Develop and implement priority account marketing strategies to support sales managers in selling new products and solutions, with an ultimate focus on the customers' needs and intended outcomes.

  • Creation, testing, and reiteration of a global marketing plan in partnership with Product marketing, ensuring execution of impactful content, events, and utility marketing campaigns in the region.

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of commercial team needs as it pertains to marketing results with accountability for ensuring that sales teams are properly trained and equipped to sell.

  • Utilize a data-driven approach to identify future marketing actions with a focus on customer needs and intended outcomes.

  • Assess portfolio competitiveness in the region and drive clear product positioning via tactical execution to drive impact.

  • Communicate customer needs, competitor intel, industry trends, market opportunities, and sales funnels to central teams.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5+ years experience in a customer-facing role including territory management i.e. sales, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Account Management, and/or Sales in Biopharma.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline.

  • Experience in Life sciences with a focus on Genetic medicines such as mRNA, Gene Therapy or related field, is preferred.

  • Proven experience in regional marketing, events, lead development, demand generation, SalesForce.com, digital marketing, and utilization of social media in a business context

  • Willingness and ability to travel across the region of responsibility as necessary.
