Danaher Corporation Sales Compensation Leader in Shanghai, China

  • Administer of Sales compensation system (VCP):

  • Administering New Hires/Transfers/Resignee of Sales participants

  • Plan set up and maintain in VCP system.

  • Annual Planning and Target setting – working with BU, collect and consolidate, input in VCP system and review for accuracy.

  • Monitoring plan approval to ensure acceptance from Sales Participants

  • Quarterly attainment – verify the attainments with Opco and make adjustment if needed, input in the system.

  • Consolidating and preparing for payout – to provide accurate and timely payments to VC employees, meeting payroll deadlines required.

  • Monitoring approval to ensure attainment acceptance from Sales Participants

  • Check and ensure incentives calculations are accurate.

  • Develop attainment, productivity reports as needed.

  • Build and maintain standard operating procedures for sales compensation.

  • Assist and research employee questions to bring to resolution.

  • Collaborate on the development and improvement of the Planning and Compensation Tools and Systems.

  • Other system maintenance related activities.

  • Execute standard and ad hoc reporting and analysis.

  • Communicate effectively across functional groups.

  • Complete and prioritize work as required.

  • Execute ad hoc tasks and assigned projects as needed and recommend and deliver process improvements.
