Responsible for preparing proposals to customers describing suggested solutions including equipment and services, in line with the overall business strategy.

Responsible for managing a strong collaboration with the commercial team and internal suppliers like Automation team and Custom hardware teams, to compile information which accurately describes the deliverables and the benefits for the customer.

Work cross functionally with Sales and Finance to develop the cost/price structure of complex deals and build business models and solutions, meeting the customer financial and manufacturing requirements.

Lead cross-functional and/or multi-disciplinary planning activities, supporting multi-million-dollar projects.

Tackle complex and ambiguous problems leading to customized offerings that will add strategic values to Cytiva from a market position perspective.

Who you are

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent (defined as a University degree/GED and >10 years relevant work experience).

Preferably more than 10 years relevant experience in a Life Sciences or Biopharma industry with knowledge of bioprocessing and the manufacturing process of biopharma products.

Demonstrated facilitation and negotiation skills Familiarity with GMP and other relevant standards issued by FDA, ISO etc.

Domain expertise in relevant industry areas (processes, production, logistics, R&D, planning etc.)

Ability to utilize knowledge of bioprocessing and the manufacturing process of biopharma products and translate into requirements on production equipment.

Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and an ability to drive activities to completion, satisfying quality performance and schedule.

Manage many different deals, proposals and project requests in different stages of completion without losing control.

Capable of managing and resolving complex requests finding clear paths forward demonstrating flexibility, innovation and customer focus.

Ability to strategically think through complex situations, anticipating and being prepared for questions/pushbacks from clients (internal/external) and stakeholders.

Actively participate and support the Enterprise Sales team in projects and initiatives.

Demonstrated ability to successfully influence customer stakeholders by presenting ideas and concepts in a convincing and coherent manner.

An inclination for innovation and process improvements to constantly improve performance. Travel as needed to lead customer presentations and workshops. P resentation and communication skills
