POSITION TITLE: Salesforce Effectiveness Consultant Manager

REPORTS TO: Salesforce Effectiveness Director

FUNCTION: This position will have responsibility to maximize sales force effectiveness internally and externally.

BASIC PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

This will include providing supports and tools to build sales strategy, enhance sales team execution abilities, provide business analysis reports to management team

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in and formulate sales strategic project, such as DDI, IB management, MDM, MAP2.0.

  • Provide sales data process support services. Including the sales data flow confirmation; MDM cleaning; sales structure;

  • Provide expertise/insights to key internal users and improve KPI performance reports quality and effectiveness;

  • Provide and create expert analysis report based on internal/industry data to meet user requirements;

  • Help to do territory assignment, target setting, incentive design;

  • Support SFE to develop consistent and stronger reporting/analysis by company level;

  • Provide data management SOP, and training/push users best practice sharing.

  • Timely business trip to promote and get users feedbacks on data management.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS:

  • External contacts for this position include vendors and distributors.

  • Internal contacts include sales & marketing and all functional teams

SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND GIVEN:

The incumbent of this position is responsible for his/her own work. Only new work is reviewed before issue, all other work is handled independently, reporting status to managers/supervisor. Some work requires analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment, but most assignments are specific and well defined.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree, Statistics or Information & Technology is a plus.

LANGUAGE: Fluent in both oral and written English.

COMPUTER: Familiar with ERP (Oracle), QV(BI system), CRM operation. Familiar with MS-office skill, Excel and VBA especially.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum five years of related experience in industry. Consulting firm and health-care industry SFE background is a plus.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:

  • Excellent experience for information collection and strong analytical capability.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skill

  • Experienced in data/data flow/database management and project management

  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of organization and all functions to work as an effective team member

  • Good sense of responsibility, sensitivity, confidentiality and ethic.

  • Good leadership skill to develop team goals and plans, resolve problems and achieve goals

  • Can work with independent and self-motivated, self-responsible, open-minded.
