Danaher Corporation Senior Channel Specialist in Shanghai, China
What you’ll do
Work with sales team to achieve dealers’ annual sales target
Evaluate and track KPIs, assess market coverage, penetration, win and lose orders
Be responsible for dealer inventory management
Collect and analyze end-user data
Market strategy plan, forecast and achievement
Find new dealers and help to establish build talent management
Initiate channel incentive mechanism, manage and evaluate dealers
Develop a training plan for the agent, and execute the training plan
Daily management, organize regular meetings
Ensure channel compliant
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree or above. A minimum of 3+ years demonstrated strong capabilities and experience in channel management
Bio-Pharmaceutical industry background is preferred
Good command of written English, communication verbal English
Communication skills, proactive
