Danaher Corporation (Senior) E-commerce Specialist in Shanghai, China

FUNCTION: This position responsible to work closely with product marketing team, commercial marketing team, supporting team and outside contractors, utilize project management capability to ensure e-commerce’s operation and drive e-commerce revenue.


This position is responsible to provide e-commerce elated support to the Life Science business within China region, responsible for e-commerce website maintenance, website promotion, daily operation, e-commerce campaign development and new opportunity nurturing.


The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties:

  • E-commerce sales revenue achievement and devise business plan

  • Operate existing e-commerce platform to achieve revenue target.

  • Analyze business data, find the insight and plan/adjust business plan.

  • Expand e-commerce channels and dig new business opportunity.

  • E-commerce website maintenance and optimization

  • Work with agency to ensure e-commerce website’s stability and upgrade the platform when required.

  • Optimize e-commerce website user interface and functionality to better accord customer’s requirement.

  • E-commerce business operation

  • Responsible for e-commerce product management, such as adding new product and removing obsoleted products.

  • Work with sales operation team and logistic partner to manage inventory, warehouse, ordering and billings.

  • Work with service team to manage e-commerce customer service tasks.

  • E-commerce promotion

  • Develop e-commerce yearly promotion plan, design and execute campaigns, track, and analyze the results.

  • 与支持部门及物流商合作,进行库存管理、订货管理、盘库、结算等相关供应链工作

  • 与售后部门合作支持电商的售后及客服工作

  • 电商推广

  • 制定电商全年营销计划,策划及执行电商推广活动,及评估活动效果

The incumbent of this position is responsible for his/her own work. Only new work is reviewed before issue, all other work is handled independently, reporting status to managers/supervisor. Some work requires analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment, but most assignments are specific and well defined.



  • Bachelor degree or above

  • Excellent English skills in speaking, reading and writing

  • Excellent advertisement writing skill


  • At least 3 years digital marketing/e-commerce/product marketing experience.

  • Design/coding skill is a plus.
