Danaher Corporation Senior Regional Distribution Supervisor in Shanghai, China


Senior Regional Distribution Supervisor is expected to collect, analyze and summarize the sell in policies, markets and data information. Work with the team to make and execute sell in plans and strategies in order to achieve sell in targets.

Area of Responsibilities:

Build up and optimize the channel network of the region. Improve and manage the dealer team. Implement sell in sales strategy and cooperate with the regional sales manager to achieve sell in targets. Establish and improve the effective communication mechanism. Coordinate the cooperation and resources of internal relevant departments. Complete the work of the temporary arrangement.

Person Specification:

University degree or above, major in medical-related will be preferred. With Min. 5 years work experiences in sales functions, at least 2 years of channel management work experience; Ability to deliver clear presentation and speak to internal & external groups; Ability of expression and communication, persuasion and negotiation skills, strong adaptability and pressure-resisting ability, the spirit of teamwork and self-management.
