What you’ll do
Pick up phone call, record call information, define customer enquiry and provide solutions. Solve product related technical issues from customers effectively then close case. If not, assign call to related modalities and tracing.
Check public mailbox daily, handle customer enquiry and process quality control.
Support business in quotation issue, leads dispatching and tracing. SFDC data maintenance and updating.
Regular dashboard collection and publish.
Technical support FAQ updating, share and learn in group. Frequently communicate with modalities to update product technical problems.
Who you are
Master’ s degree or above in Biology or chemistry, prefer molecular biology, cellular biology related research background.
Minimum 2 years of technical experience in biomedical engineering, medical physicists, bioprocess development or life sciences field.
Preference will be given to those with above 2 years’ experience in protein purification, cell culture and experiences with using Cytiva’s product.
Quick learner, clear thinker with excellent communication expression ability.
Good team worker, self-thinking and problem solver.
Great patience, responsibility and professional dedication.
Great listening, speaking and writing ability in Mandarin and English. Skilled in computer and office software.
