  • Have a deep understanding of strategic business priorities, products, and business model & market position, communicate in the “language” of the business and make hiring recommendations based on how positions create value to the business.

  • Leverage deep labor market expertise & competitor intelligence to influence and educate hiring managers on talent market trends, availability, challenges & risks and make right hiring strategy & decisions.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Danaher Corporate HR team, TA community and operating company HRs to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility.

  • Deliver high quality work in a high-paced, dynamic work environment consistently by managing time and effort across hiring assignments: sourcing strategies, timelines and deliverables, taking initiative to complete unanticipated or ad hoc tasks, and verifying the completeness of your own work.

  • Source and attract top talent such as creating innovative strategies to locate top local talent, and assess volume of candidate applications on a daily basis and handle end to end hiring process for assigned operating companies.

  • Conduct talent mapping and keep a good accumulation into talent pool, build up network in talent market for pipeline preparation, passionate to reactive passive candidates & direct sourcing.

  • Work with hiring managers & interview teams to ensure job requirements, context and expectations are clearly understood & candidates are assessed against Danaher competency criteria, culture & organization fit.

  • Be Danaher employer brand ambassador.

  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
