1 ,售后运营的工作跟进整理。 2,全国售后零配件订单流程管理,保证零配件订单需求的顺畅。 4,协助零配件仓储,运输的管理并定期汇总相关数据 , 制定管理方案以及 OTD目标的review。 5,配件归还的流程、相关数据整理。保证使用后的零配件及时归还。 6,组织零配件运维的相关培训,沟通。 7,零配件相关指标报告的建立和制作 .

  1. administration for service operation daily working. ​

  2. Managed the CVS parts order process to ensure the order process be tackinged and end to end data management

  3. Assisted in the management of FSE Subinventory and transportation, regularly collected relavent data, formulated management plans and reviewed OTD .

  4. Process of returning parts and collate relevant data. Ensure the spare parts are returned in time after use.

  5. Organize trainings and communication on the operation and maintenance of spare parts.

  6. Set up and make the indicator report of spare parts.
