Danaher Corporation SFE Associate Manager/Manager in Shanghai, China
· Build up commercial excellence direction and execution to deliver continuous improvements in terms of process, funnels, customer experience and sales team support
· Develop sales report/tools to clear deliver data analysis result. Including IT tools build up like Power BI
· Sales tools and platforms management, including reporting tools that facilitateregional and divisional data funnel and forecast reconciliation.
· Sales Intelligence: Develop critical measurement categories, specific metrics and outputs aligned to divisions business requirements (forecast management in alignment with Finance and Business Leaders, sales performance measurement, Funnel data, sales analysis/reporting/dashboards, KPI ’ s)
· Sales Force Effectiveness: Sales productivity analysis to ensure sales reps areallocating time in an optimal way to drive the highest yield.
· Deeply data analysis and set up data analysis format/Kanban to find business opportunities
· To champion the business intelligence by generating the insights from multiple sources of data/information to drive the efficient and effective commercial operations.
· Provide strategic input to IT, commercial, and marketing counterparts on systems integration needs
· Support the business and ensure the compliance with operational sales process excellence initiatives.
