What you’ll do
Provide whole set of SFE support to business department from SFE function.
Improve Sales operation efficiency, Review and Fine-tune current operation procedures / system, Identify pain points and issues, Work with business departments to optimize current process to improve salesforce efficiency.
Work closely with business departments to understand and translate business needs into analytic requirements, develop an actionable data analysis plan.
Provide analytical supports to business department management team including productivity, sizing, target allocation & dashboard. Provide a deeper understanding of marketplace performance.
Facilitate for the training of the regular sales reports/procedure to SF to ensure analysis results are well understood and conduct by SF.
Support business departments Ad-hoc projects, business plan and review.
Who you are
Bachelor degree or above. A minimum of 5+ years demonstrated strong capabilities and experience in Bio-Pharmaceutical/Pharmaceutical industry.
Hands-on experiences on sales planning and other SFE relevant capability including sales force deployment, territory alignment, target setting, SFE KPI setting, tracking and analytics.
Demonstrates capacity to learn and understand sales and market strategy, customer approach and sales force daily operations.
Good command of written English, communication verbal English
Good business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
Strong organizational, analytical experience and skill, excellent excel skills
Motivational, pro-active, initiative
