The Solution Manager for Cytiva is responsible for leveraging Cytiva’s and cross-Opco/Platform portfolio resources to support leading applications. This role will also involve promoting the Cytiva/DHR brand and collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote Cytiva products. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to lead and participate in D&M product sold in BP OpCo to improve calibration.
This position is part of the D&M Modality located in Shanghai and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Workflow Solution Development: Develop and implement workflow solutions using Cytiva and cross-Opco/Platform resources for top-tier applications in the life sciences industry. Brand Promotion: Utilize solutions to enhance the visibility and perception of Cytiva/DHR branding and capabilities within the market, e.g. co-build Demo Lab with KOL and PIs Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the localization process forward and integrate regional insights into product development. DBS Kaizen Events: Host and facilitate D&M product sold in BP OpCo to improve calibration Sales Tools and Training: Provide the sales team with necessary tools, training, and resources to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness. Enable D&M SCP (Strategic Channel Partner) from solution perspective
The essential requirements of the job include:
Master’s Degree of Biology and minimum 5 years of selling/research/validation experience in a life sciences or healthcare field. Good project management skill and cross team collaboration capability. Excellent communication and written skills in both Mandarin and English, tailored for technical and non-technical audiences. Willing and be capable to learn new technology, be agile and optimistic to embrace challenge Interesting in DBS and willing to learn/implement
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
At least 3 years’ experience in the Life Science industry with a solid understanding of bioprocess engineering principles and applications.
Previous experience in solution/workflow or international product development.
Good understanding of business development or MBA.
