POSITION TITLE: Telemarketing Specialist, China
REPORTS TO: Call Center Supervisor
FUNCTION: This position responsible for inbound and outbound telemarketing lead generation, online inquiry service and related leads management.
BASIC PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
This position responsible for conducting inbound and outbound lead generation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:
Execute daily outbound calls to campaign members according to campaign requirement within the established deadlines
Qualify inbound inquiry that comes from inbound calls, online chat, wechat chat, form summiting
Enter and / or update records in SFDC system and maintain the database
Distribute leads to sales reps according to sales territory map accurately and timely
Achieve targets of the role with respect to the number of calls, connections, quality, and leads generated
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internally with the sales team and other departments
Participate in weekly review meetings with the team and Marketing Manager

External contacts for this position include Customers/Dealers, KOLs
Internal contacts include call center team, marketing teams, product managers, sales, service, IT
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND GIVEN:
The incumbent of this position is responsible for his/her own work. Only new work is reviewed before issue, all other work is handled independently, reporting status to managers/supervisor. Some work requires analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment, but most assignments are specific and well defined.
EDUCATION & SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree or above
Life Sciences / Medical / Industry Major preferred
Medium level English skills in speaking, reading and writing
Standard mandarin and good tone of speaking
- At least 2 year working experience in tele MKT / Sales functions. Instrument, medical device and life science industry background is preferred
This position also requires:
Ability to call new and prospective customers
Excellent at build good relationship with customers
Strong communication sense and skill to all levels
Produces clear, understandable documentation geared for all audiences
Strong motivation and initiative in making progress, goal oriented
Passionate, open minded, customer oriented, patient, high credibility & ownership
This position does not require business traveling.
This position functions in a general office environment.
