病院向けセールス/メディカル事業部 【10年以上の有形商材の営業経験またはマーケティング経験がある方】

メディカル事業部は「医療機器としてのフィルター」を取り扱っています。ポールのフィルターが、液体や気体のなかの異物・細菌などを除去することで、患者、医療従事者、周辺医療機器を保護する役割を担っています。

【病院向けセールスの役割】

ポールのメディカル事業部は、臨床でご使用いただける医療用フィルターをポールブランドの製品として医療機関へお届けするホスピタルビジネスを行っています。患者の静脈に医薬品等が直接投与される輸液療法での異物・細菌汚染防止、全身麻酔・人工呼吸器における交差感染のリスク防止などの医療用フィルターを医療機関にお届けすることで、医療の安全性に貢献しております。

これらの製品の営業担当として、日本全国の病院・医療機関とのリレーションシップ構築を担ってください。

■ポールブランドの売上拡大を目的とした営業活動全般

■ダナハー独自のカイゼンツール(DBS: ダナハービジネスシステム)を学び、営業戦略の立案・実行

■インサイドセールスとフィールドセールスのコラボレーションをサポート

■クライアントのニーズに合わせた新しい取り組みの推進

【求める知識・ご経験】

※業界経験不問/医療機器や病院関連のご経験は不問です。営業力を重視しています

●10年以上の有形商材の営業経験またはマーケティング経験がある方

●チームをリードしたご経験がある方尚可

●中級ビジネスレベル程度の英語力

●流暢レベル以上の日本語力

Lead and manage Hospital Business Unit, responsible for Pall Branded-Hospital business expansion.

Achieve core growth and all other related KPIs and establish robust team based collaboration.

  • Achieve the Core growth and OMX target objectives.

  • Acquire DBS tools and mindsets proactively and cultivate in the team to execute LOB’s strategy.

  • Bridge him/herself with cross functional team to support inside & field sales activities.

  • Drive innovation to suit customer insights and digital demand generation initiatives.

  • Encourage him/herself and team to contribute for organizational engagement & D+I initiatives.

    Qualifications

  • 10 years work experience in B2B tangible products business, Sales/Marketing

  • Team management experience as advantage

  • English communication skill

  • Fluent in Japanese
