We are looking for a Sr. CRM Analyst to join the Global CRM Systems team. This position is responsible for enhancement of global CRM activities, supporting the implementation of new features and functionalities on our Salesforce platform, and managing customer requests. You will have the opportunity to implement our requirements in the system, customize and modify the system to meet our company needs and apply a solution-oriented approach to solve problems!

Define project scope and document business requirements
Design technical specifications, leveraging best practices and minimizing the need for custom coding
Provide internal CRM consulting, analyze data and processes to improve the business process
Configure and customize our Salesforce platform to meet the internal customer requirements
Automate processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Flows
Support the global roll-out of the SFDC CPQ system
Create test scenarios and do solution testing
Functional and technical CRM support as well as troubleshooting of (integration) issues
Support the setup of integrations to existing business systems
BA or BS degree in a technically related field or equivalent technical work experience (No Degree required)
3+ years proven experience designing and developing effective and efficient technology solutions using Salesforce CRM application
Experience implementing flows
Experience as Salesforce administrator, consultant, or developer with strong knowledge of administration and configuration possibilities
Salesforce Development (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, etc.) experience
Experience in SFDC CPQ implementation
The salary range for this role is 75K - 100K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
