What you’ll do

  • Responsible to provide multi-functional leadership and execute strategic direction set for XDR Hardware.

  • Manage XDR Hardware product lines, including systems and accessories used in/with Bioreactors for bioprocessing. Focus on maximizing company profit across all aspects of the products' lifecycle.

  • Assist with strategy creation, direction and objectives of the Xcellerex Bioreactor product portfolio and works closely with cross-functional colleagues to insure proper execution.

  • Drive product life cycle management through R&D, global supply chain, quality, commercial, and service support.

  • Develop strong cross functional relationships with supply chain, R&D, and quality to successfully drive both short-term and long-term projects to strengthen product offerings.

  • Maintain customer focus on value of XDR hardware products. Represent voice of customer internally to advocate for customer needs.

  • Support the establishment/refinement of product management processes, including annual road-mapping and pricing review.

  • Be the business expert for the XDR hardware products. Function as the point of contact for questions and problem solving for internal business partners and external customers.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration or other related field.

  • 3+ years' experience in product marketing, product development, or related field.

  • Product Management/Marketing knowledge, including market trends/analysis, NPI process, product life-cycle management, product quality investigations and improvement.

  • Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation & conflict resolution skills.

  • Ability to multi-task & handle tasks with competing priorities effectively.

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.

  • Strong analytical and process skills.

  • Proficient in the use of IT systems & Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
