What you’ll do
Responsible to provide multi-functional leadership and execute strategic direction set for XDR Hardware.
Manage XDR Hardware product lines, including systems and accessories used in/with Bioreactors for bioprocessing. Focus on maximizing company profit across all aspects of the products' lifecycle.
Assist with strategy creation, direction and objectives of the Xcellerex Bioreactor product portfolio and works closely with cross-functional colleagues to insure proper execution.
Drive product life cycle management through R&D, global supply chain, quality, commercial, and service support.
Develop strong cross functional relationships with supply chain, R&D, and quality to successfully drive both short-term and long-term projects to strengthen product offerings.
Maintain customer focus on value of XDR hardware products. Represent voice of customer internally to advocate for customer needs.
Support the establishment/refinement of product management processes, including annual road-mapping and pricing review.
Be the business expert for the XDR hardware products. Function as the point of contact for questions and problem solving for internal business partners and external customers.
Who you are
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration or other related field.
3+ years' experience in product marketing, product development, or related field.
Product Management/Marketing knowledge, including market trends/analysis, NPI process, product life-cycle management, product quality investigations and improvement.
Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation & conflict resolution skills.
Ability to multi-task & handle tasks with competing priorities effectively.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Strong analytical and process skills.
Proficient in the use of IT systems & Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
