Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the new office renovation progress

• Coordinate with vendor for packing and moving

• Settle the new office

• Applying new licences

• Other assistant ( ERP transaction, contract renew, new associates’ name card, new letterhead…..)

• Reception

• Office management ( pantry ,carpet cleaning, fire drill, meeting room setting… )

• office maintenance (repairs, service and maintenance scheduling with multiple vendors and landlord/facility management/maintenance team)

• Handling incoming phone calls

• Manage Demo

• New vendor creation, New part number creation

• Team building activity coordination

• Point of contact for business visa application and itinerary support

• SFDC customer data scrubbing

• IB data entering to new software
