We are looking for an Applied Market Application Scientist to work with our expert G & CR team of 2000 employees across the world. Do you have a passion for customer support & sales? Then we would love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
Responsible for identifying new application/work flow for the applied market (Agriculture, Environmental, pharma etc) with the sales & product teams across Asia to help build new markets & grow sales. Keep a close watch on market dynamics to craft and implement strategies to build market proficiency.
Pre-sales presentations, demonstrations, and discussions of various products of Cytiva, crafting a value proposition for Cytiva products.
Participate in various conferences, workshops, roadshows and symposia to promote Cytiva products and technologies. Planning and conducting workshops, roadshows across the region to generate sales leads and build sales funnel.
Provide field application support and training for the customers of Cytiva for filtration products in the segment.
Conducting training courses for the internal teams to strengthen the technical proficiency of the sales team members. Helping the commercial team to build and maintain a healthy sales funnel by continuous customer engagement
Who you are
Masters degree in Biotechnology/Life Sciences/Molecular Biology/Analytical chemistry.
5 years proven experience in application or product support role .
Experience in filtration, analytical techniques is desirable.
Experience of working with Industrial and Government customers.
2 to 3 years of hands-on working experience in QA/QC labs in pharma or any major laboratory environment will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of common filtration techniques desirable.
Proficient in MS office (Word, Power point and Excel)
