What you’ll do!

  • As part of global remote service team, you will take ownership of cases assigned, globally driving & delivering process and performance; measure, track and deliver critical metrics, participating in the overall success of the team.

  • Using remote support solutions, provide remote, fast-response support to incoming technical issues raised by global Cytiva customers according to contract prioritization;

  • Using remote support solutions, diagnose and resolve customer issues or propose the right part/s to be ordered in parallel to the FSE assignment.

  • Follow up with customer, OptiRun Service team (customer care center) and regional remote engineers on case status.

  • Contribute to Service knowledge base and actively feed, update, and maintain knowledge management database, identifying quality or recurring issues.

  • Communicate proactively and share information with field teams, Service Operation teams and other support functions. Through effective communication, IB analysis and field network utilization define training needs to set-up and control training plan and execution.

  • Analyze job results and IB to improve efficiency and productivity working together with regional teams. Identify opportunities to improve overall service delivery processes, remote tools, and support capabilities, and finally customer satisfaction.

Who you are!

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or proven experiencee in BioPharma industry.

  • 6+ years of engineering experience and expert-level knowledge of the repair and maintenance of BioProcess Upstream

  • Strong expertise and experience on large scale Bioreactors, Xcellerex standalone and FlexFactory hardware with Wonderware and DeltaV software basic knowledge and IT skills strongly preferred.

  • Experience supporting Site Care, Fast Response or Flex Factory customers meeting tight SLAs would be a plus.

  • Strong customer service skills, highly-motivated team player, prior project or technical leadership experience.

  • Demonstrate tenacity, perseverance, imagination, and high sense of initiative to remotely connect, guide and support customers on break fix.

  • Demonstrated ability to train/mentor peers, ability to stay calm in pressurized situations and coach people through solving problems; strong written and verbal communications skills, effectively connecting with a diverse workforce.

  • Ability to efficiently communicate over the phone and other AR/VR digital remote tools.

  • Ability to drive improvements in efficiency, knowledge/experience with the healthcare Biopharma industry.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent digital literacy and networking ability.
