Main role / Job Objective: **

You will focus on selling small value Esko software products and services (Maintenance Contracts & Software Support Contracts) over the phone to prospective & existing customers within your designated geography. Your main focus lies in the establishment of excellent client relationships and the ability to continuously build up the sales funnel and engage these customers, with the ultimate objective of closing sales.

Main responsibilities and key activities:

o Contact a pre-defined selection of qualified leads and prospects to effectively promote the concept of Software / Hardware Support Contracts to existing & prospective customers. These contacts may come from outbound campaigns, inbound leads, web leads and information requests o Identify decision makers within the target companies in order to start the sales process and enthuse customers with effective solutions to meet customer needs o Manage accounts by closely following through by means of commercial arguments and obtaining successful closure of the order o Achieve monthly defined targets and objectives through a disciplined approach in working through the pipeline & working closely with the team to secure orders o Demonstrate an ability to develop and maintain a strong working relationship with prospects, customers & internal sales/service/marketing teams o Maintain prospect database including pipeline and forecast information o Closely monitor and report on continuous improvement progress of leads and prospects on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Escalate critical issues to reporting manager to close gaps o Maximize the opportunity during each call and escalate larger value projects to the field Sales teams to follow-up on

Qualification

Qualifications and professional knowledge:

o Minimum Diploma in any relevant discipline (Graphics, Engineering, Biz Studies) o Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or inside sales within a B2B environment, preferably in the printing or packaging industry. You would have a track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets o Experience in Inside sales, preferably in selling Maintenance Contracts, Software Support Contracts, or small value Software is a definite plus o Good knowledge of MS Office o Language skills: English and/or other ASEAN languages. o Excellent telephone sales personality skills and must be very comfortable enthusing & selling via the phone * * *Competencies:* o High energy with enthusiasm to sell & meet targets o Comfortable in engaging and talking to customers over the phone o Positive/optimistic outlook o Must be a team player with a positive and can-do work attitude
