Intern, Human Resources
As the HR Intern, you will support and learn about the execution and fundamentals of Human Resources processes.
Assist in recruitment activities for direct labors’ hiring such as job postings, profile sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Assist in onboarding activities such as prepare of letter of appointment, documents collection, Work Pass administration, etc
Arrange employees P-file, update of employees' personal record in excel and HR application
Support in training information research according to company training needs
Support training coordination such as training system administration, course registration, course review completion, documentation and training invoice processing.
Assist in Company's event and activities
Ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Comply and adhere to company Quality Management System and Environment, Health & Safety requirements
Currently pursuing undergraduate degree in the Human Resource Management discipline or keen on a career in HR
Passionate, positive & collaborative
Resilience and comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
Personal Trait Profile
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Independent, proactive and self-motivated with a passion for recruitment
Proficient in time management and organization with a strong sense of urgency, flexibility and adaptability
Ability to think through issues and work on corrective actions
Possesses a continuous improvement mind-set
