We are seeking a motivated and analytical Production Intern to join our team.
This internship offers the intern the opportunity to work closely with our production leaders, associates, and engineers to optimize process cycle times and enhance production scheduling in the Production Department which will be located in Benoi Sector, Singapore.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Gain hands-on experience on the production shopfloor with the manufacturing experts, learning data collection and analysis techniques specific to manufacturing.
Develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills by identifying and addressing wastes in manufacturing processes, to make informed decisions and address inventory-related issues.
Enhance their project management abilities by overseeing projects from data collection through implementation and evaluation, balancing multiple tasks in a dynamic production environment.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.
Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables.
A quick learner who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
