Danaher Corporation Manager, DCx (Digital Customer Experience) Operations, APAC in Singapore, Singapore

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Manager, DCx Operations APAC will coordinate the execution of the DCx Operations strategy at regional level and ensure that high priority projects are operating efficiently, meeting key objectives and timelines, and laying the groundwork for a successful rollout of Cepheid’s e-commerce platform.

A newly created organization, we are looking for an entrepreneurial leader that partners cross functionally to establish and improve processes, drives clarity of results, and champions Danaher Business System through the organization to deliver on the digital and virtual sales vision.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in creating the global strategy for DCx Operations and drive the execution of this strategy across EMEA

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Order Management, Finance, Sales Operations, Business Transformation, Supply Chain to help standardize, create and improve foundational processes enabling the digital customer experience and a successful implementation of the e-commerce platform at the regional level

  • Perform readiness assessment with each function and develop key change management actions to keep the APAC teams engaged and empowered to improve and sustain the Digital Customer Experience

  • Simultaneously drive and coordinate several projects and core processes, ensuring cross-functional teams stay focused and move forward on strategic DCx goals. Manage dependencies and remove obstacles that may impact the achievement of key project objectives.

  • Provides support in value-stream mapping, problem-solving, action planning and overall change management for the business

  • Benchmark and incorporate best practices from other Cepheid/Danaher locations.

  • Manage and lead critical project meetings ensuring reviews, milestone requirements and associated documentation meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders

  • Maintain KPIs, dashboards, and other tracking mechanisms to provide visibility to key stakeholders on large scale DCx projects and initiatives.

  • Support the regional implementation of the Global eProcurement strategy

  • Be an active Leader in staff meetings, cross-functional meetings, Daily Management reviews (as appropriate)

  • Adopt and leverage DBS (Danaher Business System) tools and culture

TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES: (REQUIRED)

  • Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education or Experience (in years):

  • Bachelor’s degree in field with 5+ years of related work experience OR

  • Master’s degree in field with 3+ years of related work experience OR

  • Doctoral degree in field with 0-2 years of related work experience.

  • Life Science or equivalent industry-related experience preferred.

Other:

  • Travel minimum 20% – regional and some international travel is required.

  • Must be fluent in English and Chinese – other Asian languages are a plus.
