• Lead planning and implementation of projects. May participate in the design and/ or testing phases

• facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

• define project tasks and resource requirements

• develop full scale project plans

• assemble and coordinate project staff

• manage project budget and resource allocation

• track project deliverables using APD process

• provide direction and support to project team

• constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

• implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project targets

• Manage certification of product

• Collaborate with multi-sites R&D centres for development
