Position summary:

The Regional Product Manager (APAC, excluding China) is responsible for managing and executing field Marketing activities that drive strategy to action. This position works collaboratively with the sales team and other cross-functional teams on marketing action plans including product positioning, new product introduction, innovation funnel development, and strategic initiative rollout in line with Product Life Cycle Management. This role assists in creating and deploying product-focused marketing content & campaigns and takes ownership of new product introduction, product-related training, resource development, and other strategic projects as necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the Innovation Pipeline by owning the Regional Innovation Council and associated processes to bring more high-value and strategically relevant new product development ideas into the funnel.

  • Assist in business case formation for new product development, VAVE activities, retrofit projects, and other business opportunities.

  • Lead New Product Introduction within the assigned region to hit new product sales goals by implementing roll out launch plan, developing sales tools and training for sales and distributors, engaging with leadership and gaining buy-in, and leveraging feedback to enhance value proposition within a regional setting

  • Participate in the tactical planning process to prioritize lead generation activities for the region acting as an active contributor to marketing campaigns

  • Lead Voice of Customer activities within the region as required

  • Mentor and enable the sales teams around new technologies, focusing on product positioning and value proposition.

  • Manage APAC supply disruptions and obsolescence/discontinuation plan

  • Coordinate with Marcom-APAC for the translation work

    Qualifications:

  • Technical Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other Marketing advanced degree preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant commercial or field marketing-based experience

  • Experience conducting Voice of Customer and application of learning’s

  • Proven ability to work in and lead cross-functional teams

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to effectively navigate ambiguity

  • Agile and flexible attitude

  • Strong team player who would love to work in a talented diverse team across APAC

  • Ability to develop, coordinate, and execute multiple projects simultaneously

  • English (fluent) is essential – additional languages would be a great benefit but not essential

  • Brilliant communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated measurable results across a broad & diverse spectrum of value streams within a geographic region

  • Flexibility to travel (20%)

  • Open to work remotely.
