We currently looking for a Business Analyst: Sales and Master Data based in Leica Instruments Singapore (LIS) Office.
Come join a fantastic team! We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales and Master Data Analyst to join our global team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing sales data, maintaining master data within SAP, and leveraging tools like Power BI and Excel for reporting and insights. You will work closely with BU Medical, Service , finance, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for strategic decision-making.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Master Data Management: Oversee the global master data lifecycle processes, including creation, validation, and deactivation of data in SAP in alignment with the PhaseIn-PhaseOut process. Optimize data quality and reliability by applying pricelist updates and corrections in response to user requests.
Sales Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, interpret, and visualize sales data to provide comprehensive and actionable insights on sales performance, trends, attachment rates, and more; to support global BU Medical stakeholders, including senior management.
Cross-functional collaboration to support business requests, maintain data integrity and suggest or support process improvements in relation to MDM, lifecycle management or business analytics.
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in data analysis, sales operations, or master data management .
Proficiency in SAP for master data management and advanced skills in Power BI and Excel for data analysis and reporting
