Danaher Corporation Sales Operations Analyst (S.E.A) in Singapore, Singapore
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Analytical projects:
Work closely with stakeholders to turn business problems into analytical projects--perform analytical deep-dives to identify problems, opportunities and actions required; provide ad-hoc reporting as needed to aid in problem solving, trend- and predictive-analysis
Support data mining and analysis for ad-hoc projects by developing or leveraging existing dashboards and data visualization concepts
Support the design and maintenance of data and business intelligence applications and platforms that are internally created by through integration of various reporting components
from multiple data sources and that transform large, complex data into meaningful insights that sales leadership can use to make informed business decisions
Identify opportunities to develop forecasts, predictive and statistical models, segmentation schemes, and data-driven analyses
Report & Analysis Support
Actively involved in forecasting revenue from backlog & expected order. Report to management the weekly, monthly, and quarterly estimation PO Booking and Revenue Booking vs the forecast
Provide visibility to our overall business intelligence to the Business Development (Sales) team by extracting, analyzing, and summarizing data on the backlog, stock allocations, and Estimated Shipping Dates (ESDs).
Maintain Pricing & Pricebook
Maintain CPQ quotation system at SFDC
Cross-functional Support
Work closely with our Customer Service Representative (CSR) team, and the Commercial Finance acting as focal point
Sales support (eg. customer inquiries, tenders, follow-up orders, manage PO, document support etc)
Support on various growth initiatives and maintain accurate data of the monthly tracker / KPI bowlers.
General Admin support
Ensure proper archiving of sales documentation
Contract management (tender, reagent-rental, demo, dealer agreement, purchase etc)
Follow up Dealer Due diligence
Organise overseas annual dealer kick-off meeting, seminars, trainings
Assist with ISO 9001 internal & external audit
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Diploma / Bachelor degree in related field (business management/biosciences preferred)
Working Experience:
Diploma with at least 3 yrs of similar experience of commercial operation support role preferably with SEA operations OR
Degree holder with at least 1 yr of similar experience of commercial operation support role preferably with SEA operations
Fresh degree holders with strong Excel, Power BI or analytical tool skills, welcome to apply
Experiences in life sciences, diagnostic, biotech or pharmaceutical industry is ideal
Other Qualifications:
Excellent MS excel skills with data analysis & chart presentation
Strong data management & operations with accuracy
Experience in Salesforce ideal
Fast-pacing and able to work under tight deadline
Fast learning and Self-driven to develop expertise to expand repertoire of skills
Great communication skills + speaking, reading and writing in English
Supportive and willing to work as a team with external / internal customer needs
Good attitude, positive & responsible
