Danaher Corporation (Sr.) Product Marketing Manager, TB and Virology, APAC in Singapore, Singapore


Deliver and execute upon strategic marketing plans:

  • Develop marketing plans for TB and virology portfolios

  • Monitor market data to identify APAC market trends and opportunities for the portfolio

  • Partner with Global Marketing, Country Marketing, Operations, and the commercial teams to ensure successful launch of new products

  • Represent APAC Marketing on Launch Excellence core teams through to product launch

  • Work closely with the Global Marketing team to provide feedback/insights for product life-cycle management

Drive awareness and demand for Cepheid products and services:

  • Identify key opinion leaders and medical organizations throughout the region and to cultivate those relationships to build a strong network in the region

  • Provide support, tools and training to the country and distribution teams

  • Drive publications for the product portfolio ensuring we are well represented at conferences and in peer reviewed journals

  • Initiate key scientific and health economic studies and projects

  • Provide regular updates on competition and Cepheid market penetration and competitive trends

  • Be an integral part of the transformative marketing strategy and digital approach for the TB and Virology portfolios in APAC

Achieve business objectives and revenue targets:

  • Participate in forecasting/planning projects and support demand planning

  • Drive lead generation and acceleration of opportunities into the sales funnel

  • Map marketing/sales collateral to marketing/sales funnel stages


  • Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time

  • For people managers, ensure your associates attend and complete all required trainings satisfactorily and on time.


Education and Experience (in years):

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related work experience OR

  • Master’s degree in field with 3+ years of related work experience OR

  • Doctoral degree in field with 2+ years of work experience.

Knowledge and skills:

  • Demonstrates knowledge of products and their application

  • Prior product launch experience and prior product development experience is preferred

  • Experience with digital approaches to marketing would be beneficial

  • Communicates effectively and strong team player/collaborator with various internal constituents, customers and other stakeholders

  • Excellent presentation skills; able to multi-task across broad number of products and disease states

Physical requirements/abilities:

  • Must be able to stand for several hours. Work may involve repetitive arm/wrist motions.

  • Position requires 20% travel.

  • Must be fluent in English and other languages are an advantage
