Danaher Corporation Talent Sourcing Specialist in Singapore, Singapore

Purpose statement:

The Talent Sourcing Specialist proactively identifies and develops a pipeline of top talent with skillsets that align with career opportunities at IDT.

Essential Functions:

  • Use sourcing tools (job boards, online networks, other websites, ATS, CRM) to search for talent and build candidate pipelines and talent communities.

  • Act as brand ambassador and share company and job specific information with candidates via online tools, over the phone and at recruiting events.

  • Compile and analyze sourcing metrics. Regularly review tools and strategy for effectiveness.

  • Build and cultivate credible working relationships with hiring managers and business partners. Understand business segments and daily work so job previews can be shared with candidates.

  • Continuously improve inclusive sourcing strategies.

  • Regularly attend department meetings, town halls, team huddles to create partnerships and better understand the assigned strategic business units.

  • Partner with recruiters to educate hiring managers on diversity recruitment strategy and impact diversity hiring initiatives.

  • Work with Talent Acquisition department to build relationships with diversity organizations in key markets/locations. Share job postings, create impactful events and have regular communication touch points.

  • Demonstrates behavior consistent with the Integrated DNA Technologies Core Values.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Business travel as required, less than 25%.


  • Bachelor’s degree (in Human Resources, Business Management or appropriate discipline) with two years of sourcing experience OR five years of industry experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree required.

Professional Experience:

  • Two years of experience working in a fast pace staffing industry and/or corporate recruiting environment required.

  • Prior experience sourcing senior level, specialized with an emphasis and focus on Diversity & Inclusion required.

  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings) preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience using CRM tools required; experience with Phenom People is a plus.

  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems required; Workday Recruit is a plus.

  • Reaching: extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.

  • Standing: maintaining an upright position.

  • Walking: moving about on foot to accomplish tasks.

  • Lifting: raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position.

  • Bending: bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist and/or bending leg; bending legs at knee to come to rest or kneel.

  • Pushing/Pulling: using upper extremities to press against something with steady force in order to thrust forward, downward or outward/using upper extremities to exert force in order to drag, haul or tug objects in a sustained motion.

  • Climbing: stairs, stools, ramps, ladders.

Visual Acuity:

  • Work requires close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

  • Ability to read pertinent printed material and distinguish colors.

  • Ability to prepare and read written documentation; use of computer.
