Danaher Corporation Technician II (CHP) in Singapore, Singapore
Perform the chemical processing of all mixtures and formulations required for Main Production and HTQC.
Perform MQC on raw materials, all mixtures and formulations.
Making sure all MQC documents are completed, and recorded in SAP.
Oversee items which will expire in the near future in the facility and make the correct disposition decision for them.
Change waste containers and dispose of waste material.
Monitor synthesis, laboratory instrument reagent, and system liquid bottle levels to achieve successful operation of all equipment.
Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
Assist in responding to chemical spills.
Follow all work instructions pertaining to processes.
Perform work orders in Maintenance Connection.
Report any problems to production supervisors or management.
Other duties assigned by management.
Be aware of the quality policy and contribute to achieving quality goals by following all related procedures and work instructions. And by doing so adhere to the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard applied within the company, where applicable.
Practice safe working habits, follow all IDT safety policies, perform safety checks on equipment and systems, and identify, correct, and report potential safety hazards.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in science related field or an equivalent combination of education & experience required.
Must have the ability to learn the basic knowledge of all aspects of the oligonucleotide manufacturing process.
Must be comfortable working with chemicals and follow proper safety and handling instructions.
