Danaher Corporation Vice President- GSA in Singapore, Singapore

  • Develop and Implement sales strategies & plans to achieve key financial metrics (orders, shipments, pricing, margin) for GSAs

  • Build an understanding of the market and competitive landscape

  • Periodically engage with cross functional teams to drive BU specific objectives

  • Build & cultivate relationships with Senior leaders at Key customers

  • Draw on Available Resources (outside of BU) to achieve Geographic, Market, Product & Account Specific Objectives

  • Share Best Practices with broader Organization

  • Standard work: Implement & Execute Standard work (Performance & Development metrics, Daily Management, Funnel Review, Forecasting, Account Management, Opportunity Plans etc.)

  • Build a comprehensive understanding of company policies & procedures along-with BU directives

  • Implement, Sustain and Adjust Engagement Action plan (as deemed necessary) to drive engagement across the GSA sales Org.

  • Build and maintain a diverse and inclusive GSA sales organization

  • Be an active member of the MicroE leadership team and contribute to the overall success of the team
