The role

We are currently seeking a technical specialist to support our growing business. This role focuses on providing support for the use of Pall Food and Beverage separation technologies in order to use expertise to develop and support customer processes. Core responsibilities for this position includes

  • Implement to Pall Corporate policies; local Quality Manual, Health & Safety, Travel & IT policies

  • Update manager of status of assigned projects, including completion, delays and problems

  • Keep relevant customers updated on project process as well as reporting hours spent on each project using the database.

  • To develop expertise by regular communication with other Scientific Laboratory Services (SLS) people – exchange of experiences, applications and technology training

  • Provide technical input into R&D, and R&D Application group activities

  • Maintain up to date awareness of relevant technical developments through attendance at training sessions and technical meetings

  • Experience to be used anywhere in region and also in EMEA if required

  • To provide technical support for Pall Food & Beverage products. This will include feasibility assessments, filterability studies, scale up/down testing, sizing recommendations, compatibility evaluations, filter handling/steaming/integrity testing recommendations

  • Problem solving, customer complaints and investigations

  • Mentorship on filtration & TFF operations

  • Operator training


We believe that the ideal candidate should have 3-5 years experience working within food or beverage applications as well as direct sales experience. You need to hold a degree or similar in Beverage or Food Technology and currently hold a driving license and passport. Within this role it is of utmost importance to be proficient in English. Understanding of Swedish is preferable.

We are looking for someone who is a self starter with strong interpersonal skills to empower others as well as an ability to plan and organize test work.
