The Order Admin Co-Ordinator is a unique opportunity to

In this role, the UK Customer Service Order Admin Co-Ordinator will be pivotal to the wider team to expediently place orders and follow the order process through to completion for complete customer satisfaction. It is a role that is vital to the team, and also for revenue generation with the department, a supportive and fun team await you to come and join us and help build a fantastic experience for our customer and yourself. Your responsibilities as a JOB TITLE at OPCO, include:

  • Plan and coordinate all UK Order Admin for Printers/Fluids/Spare Parts.

  • Respond to all customer order interactions.

  • Complaint Resolution to high standards.

  • Manage customer data.

  • Drive continuous improvement.

Your Education and/or Background Experience will include:

  • Experience and exposure in a fast paced office background to expediently and accurately process all Orders for our customers, (using phone, email and other web-based systems), and to answer any queries relating to the Orders being placed and provide timely replies to those customers.
