Linx is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager – an organised and creative marketing professional, you will develop attention-grabbing content to drive engagement with prospects to drive sales of our current and future products.
Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, this role could be the next step in your marketing career, and an opportunity to develop your talents and management experience. Take ownership of our planning, creation, and coordination of marketing materials for internal country-focused marketing managers and our global partner network. Working to agreed timelines with the product planning team, you will plan materials to support product launches, and lead the content creation team.
Linx Printing Technologies is part of the Danaher Group’s Product Identification (PID) platform, and a leading manufacturer of machines used worldwide on production lines to code and mark consumer and industrial products. Often for compliance and traceability, they are used to rapidly print dates, batch codes, and other variable information reliably and clearly.

The successful candidate will be courageous and openminded in crafting innovative content to promote our products and services. In this role you will be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and have the drive to see campaign projects through to fruition with changing timelines and requirements.
Using delegation, both internally and externally, to balance workload and organise the time of all those involved in content creation and maintaining communication with cross-functional partners.
As a Marketing Communications Manager at Linx, you will:
Create written and media content to support global campaign marketing activities.
Ensure alignment with product development and our ‘launch excellence’ process.
Plan, track, deliver and measure campaign content to agreed targets and budgets.
Lead internal and external content creation resources.
Collaborate with other Danaher marketing teams to share and follow standard methodologies.

Your Education and/or Background Experience will have:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing focussed role, ideally campaign or project based.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
Experience and exposure to marketing campaign creation and communications for a global business.
History of working to flexible timelines and establishing relationships with trusted suppliers.
Has worked in a collaborative forward-thinking environment with cross functional dependencies and communication requirements.
