Your Challenge

You will support the client recruitment teams and have responsibility for candidate care and administrative support associated with a candidate’s application process through to their onboarding.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and accuracy and will be able to identify potential risks or issues associated with a candidate’s application or onboarding process and take corrective measures to mitigate.

Reporting into the Recruitment Lead you will assist in driving high quality candidate care and strive to be an ambassador for the Danaher brand at every interaction.

Your tasks may include, but not be limited to

  • Providing support to the recruitment team by completing designated activities within agreed time frames

  • Ensuring job requisitions are created in the ATS.

  • Developing and coordinating timely interview schedules and travel arrangements for candidates and managing any schedule changes accordingly.

  • Ensuring all information in the ATS is updated, accurate and all supporting documentation is provided.

  • Partnering closely with our Talent Acquisition Business Partners (Recruiters) to ensure we are moving applicants through the hiring process swiftly and providing the best candidate and Hiring Manager experience.

  • Maintaining consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process.

You will have:

  • Strong customer service experience.

  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

  • Experience in Workday or any ATS is desirable.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once.

  • Comfortable working with deadlines and great attention to detail.

  • Professional communication both verbal and written.

  • Great organizational skills and ability to assist multiple people.
