Danaher Corporation Customer Success Manager, Central Region in St Louis, Missouri
We are looking for a goal-oriented Customer Success Manager to drive new sales and quota attainment. The ideal candidate is someone with a track record of success in meeting and exceeding revenue goals in excess of $1 million within a software sales environment. We are also looking for a Customer Success Manager to live and travel within a territory that includes Missouri, Kentucky, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Kansas, and Minnesota. You will identify, develop, manage and retain revenue-generating software opportunities for Esko through the strategic and tactical sales and support of all product and service lines. You will also directly, or indirectly, manage the process from lead validation to product and services delivery, working with marketing, customer service, operations and delivery providers to ensure the highest level of supply chain management is delivered to customers.
Minimum qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree required
5 years or more of sales experience
Software sales (including SaaS or Software-as-a-Service) are strongly preferred
At least 5 years of progressive client service and customer management experience required
Ability to travel up to 50%
