Radiometer is launching a strategic business program where we are replacing current ways of working and outdated business applications with new globally aligned processes, policies, and data as well as introducing a new modern application landscape with Microsoft Dynamics 365FO as our new ERP platform.

We are looking for a an ERP Supporter to strengthen our global support team, by delivering high-quality end-user support of several applications related to our ERP platforms primarily Axapta, Dynamics 365FO and Rillion. With a new initiative to deliver efficient support of business processes, rather than applications, the support role will be working across applications. The Dynamics 365FO, PROS CPQ and Seismic are new applications as the system landscape, in our Global Business Systems department, is constantly growing. The scope of the support role responsibility will thus grow, as well as the +30 sales sites, production and distribution locations, supported as of today, are expanding in size and number.

This position is part of the Digital & IT organization, located in Stargard, Poland and will be hybrid. You will be a part of a global team reporting to the Senior Support Manager, Global Business Systems, located in Poland. Indirectly, you will be part of a global IT organization with the Headquarter located in Copenhagen, Denmark and be working with local end-users across global sites, Functional Consultants and business owners of our ERP applications.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Be part of the team supporting the new global Radiometer Business System Platform, centered around Microsoft Dynamics 365FO, Axapta, Dynamics 365CE, PROS Configure Price Quote and more business applications such as our Rillion and Sales Enablement System, Seismic

• Work closely together with the Senior Support Manager, Global Business Systems and support team members to efficiently support end-to-end business processes across applications

• Provide application support of Axapta, Microsoft Dynamics 365FO and Rillion across super user support, end user support, user creation and access management, batch job administration, issues, bugs and more

• Help ensure a high-quality and user-friendly support documentation

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 3+ years as IT Application Supporter or equivalent having a broad IT technical background

• Experience with application support of ERP solutions ideally Axapta and/or Dynamics 365FO

• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot technical issues and complex problems efficiently

• A strong attention to detail, ensuring that all user requests, tasks and issues are tracked and resolved accurately, aiming for a high-quality user-centric support

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users clearly, and be able to listen actively and respond to user questions and concerns effectively

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• ITIL processes such as Incident-, Problem- and Knowledge management

• Working in a global organization within a regulated industry and are familiar with GxP
