Together, we’re working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world’s biggest health challenges.Your primary responsibility as an IT System Analyst, is our Global end-to-end Labeling system, Veraciti (Kallik) alongside with other shopfloor applications. You will work with stakeholders in all areas of R&D, RA, QA, Production and Supply Chain, to secure correct access, manage risks/controls, troubleshoot technical issues and secure right and optimal use of the system.You will have an opportunity to act as 2nd and 3rd level application support, for applications running on Radiometer’s Azure infrastructure or SaaS solutions. You will manage system changes and work with internal stakeholders to find best solutions for their business challenges. You will contribute to digitalizing shopfloor operations and ensure that applications are managed in a way that passes ISO, FDA and other audits and align with Good Manufacturing Practices.
The position is part of the Global IT Support department, so you will be working in a global environment collaborating with colleagues around the world, to provide the best IT support.

Troubleshoot application and system issues on Azure platform, Windows servers, networking and printing.
Deploy new system functionality and manage system changes.
Support process improvements with knowledge of application capabilities.
Support validation process.
Administration of user accounts, permissions, access, and application support.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Degree in Computer science or similar
2+ years of relevant experience.
Experience working in system and application support.
Experience working in IT, Supply Chain, Production or RA/QA.
Language requirements: English fluent in speech and writing and communicative Polish is a plus.
It would be a plus if you also possess:
Experience supporting label printing solutions and ERP integration.
Great communication skills and meet the users at their level.
General curiosity in IT technology and troubleshooting.

The job is offered as a remote position in Radiometer Solutions sp. z o.o. Stargard.The position also requires flexibility to travel and occasionally work from other sites within the Radiometer group. Travel expected is 10-15%.
