The Junior HR Partner for Radiometer is responsible for taking a part in driving strategic HR processes and projects across Radiometer. Working in close collaboration with the various managers in the business. Being a part of a team that enjoys working together and solving problems with an analytical and data-driven approach using LEAN tools. You will have great opportunities to learn and grow from a large degree of on-the-job training combined with joining Danaher’s leadership trainings to strengthen your HR Partner toolbox.

This position is part of the HR Team located in Stargard and will be hybrid. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Coordinate recruitment process in dedicated areas of responsibilities,

  • HR Partner to managers from client’s group and HR first point of contact for associates to improve work relationships, support the strategy and increase engagement, productivity, retention, etc.,

  • Support the HR annual processes, facilitate training, offer guidance and support to managers and team leaders and follow up on actions,

  • Support administrative tasks and processes in Workday, salary adjustments and promotions and headcount tracking,

  • Participate in selected HR projects and DBS events.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • University degree in social sciences (psychology, sociology), human resources or business administration it’ll be nice to have,

  • English & polish skills that allows a daily collaboration (both written and oral),

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (such as Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Miro, etc.) and HR system (Workday or similar).

  • Team player focused on contributing to overall success of the HR team.

  • Understanding of HR theories, best practices, HR trends and local labor code.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Business acumen,

  • Service minded attitude, ability to exercise discretion and good judgement.
